HOW DOES THE FREE SHIPPING PROGRAM WORK AT FEARSCAPE STUDIOS?

2)SELECT A SINGLE ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING ( NO SPLITTING UP THE ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES).
3)CONFIRM/SUBMIT YOUR ORDER AND ENJOY YOUR FREE SHIPPING.

NOTICE THAT TRANSIT TIMES MAY TAKE AN EXTRA 3 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP OUT FROM OUR MULTIPLE WAREHOUSES. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING SHIPPING TIMES. MOST PRODUCTS WILL SHIP WITHIN 24 TO 48 HOURS AFTER ORDERING.

3)THE SELECTION OF NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY OR 3 DAY SHIPPING DOES NOT QUALIFY UNDER THE FREE SHIPPING PROGRAM.PLEASE CONTACT US IF THESE SERVICES WILL BE NEEDED.

       THE FREE SHIPPING PROGRAM Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 states only NOT including Alaska and Hawaii. SOME shipping restrictions may apply on some Animations, props and over sized costumes. These items may not be eligible using our free Shipping program  due to their size and weight. THESE LARGER ITEMS MAY HAVE TO USE FREIGHT AND A SHIPPING QUOTE MAY BE NEEDED FOR TRUCK DELIVERY.
THERE NO WEEKEND DELIVERIES GUARANTEED AS WE USE A VARIETY OF CARRIERS TO DELIVER ORDER AND NOT ALL OF OUR CARRIERS HAVE WEEKEND DELIVERY.

HANDLING FEES MAY APPLY ON SOME  SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS.

FOR FASTER DELIVERY TIMES YOU CAN UPGRADE FROM THE STANDARD FREE GROUND SHIPPING PROGRAM TO
NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY OR 3DAY SHIPPING. PLEASE CONTACT US IF ANY OF THESE EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHODS ARE NEEDED FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE AND TRANSIT TIMES.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
       ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS  WILL NEED A SHIPPING QUOTE TO YOUR LOCATION BEFORE THE ORDER CAN BE PLACED. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR YOUR SHIPPING QUOTE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
DUTY AND TAXES MY VARY BY COUNTRY .WE DO NOT DETERMINE YOUR DUTIES AS THIS IS DONE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF YOUR COUNTRY IS CUSTOMS OR GOVERNMENT. WE CANNOT CONTROL ANY DELAYS OR CUSTOMS HOLDING YOU PACKAGE FOR INSPECTION ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR FACILITIES

       Item availability and the shipping option selected WILL AFFECT TRANSIT TIMES. Orders placed by 2pm CST will usually ship within 1 to 5 business days USING OUR FREE SHIPPING PROGRAM. If there are any problems processing your order WE will notify YOU as soon as possible. If your order MUST arrive by a specific day, choose the shipping method BY CONTACTING US.

Total time for delivery is based on the time it takes for payment authorization, processing time and transit times from the carrier. This time line can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERED
       Items may ship from multiple warehouses at different times. your order may arrive in different boxes FROM MULTIPLE CARRIERS and at different times.

RETURN POLICY  PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

      There are no returns on Masks, Costumes, Props or Animatronics during any time period unless received defective. ALL SALES ARE FINAL SO CHOOSE WISELY!!!   Product damage claims must be made to fearscape studios within 48 hours of delivery. Products that have been used will NOT be accepted as a return and or credited. There is a 25% restocking Fee on orders returned ( Defective or not ). Shipping Charges will not be Refunded. Under no circumstances will we accept reurned merchandise without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please call or e-mail us for a RMA number before sending back the damaged merchandise. FEARSCAPE STUDIOS AND OR employees WILL NOT be liable for any damages, may they be indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product SALES. FEARSCAPE STUDIOS makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to products sold or offered through FEARSCAPE STUDIOS .
